It's a good idea to publicize events and meeting if you want anyone to come. Here's some information to help you out.

• Reitz Union Colonnade & North Lawn
  • reserve through Event Services
  • You can do this either online or print out the PDF and turn it in at Reitz Room 101.
• Turlington Plaza (this is no longer a 2-step process)
  • Request a permit online through CSI
  • The same people that approve the permit will check for availability. If there is none, they will tell you. If there is space they will make the appropriate reservation and notify you.
