- themes for discussion panels
- panelists; who are they? What methods of appreciation?
- certificate of appreciation with UF-logo’ed folder, lunch
- advertising, press release
- print 8 x 11 posters for bulletin boards with preliminary advertising for speech
- Audio/Visual: SpinalTech
- Staffing: A/V, hand out programs
- Funding/paperwork
- Programs: logo, sponsor, schedules
- Personal invitations to Machen, VIPS; email and written letter, playing up local aspect and similarities to Campus Sustainability

About 4 panelists, each speaks for 5-8 minutes, with questions at the end. Moderator introduces, keeps time, opens to questions; find someone knowledgable on the topic to moderate the panels
Thursday (2/2) is a dinner meeting planning this weekend’s conferences.
Saturday (2/4) is a breakfast meeting, as well as a Music Conference at the Law School
Next Tuesday is FFC’s first general meeting at 6 PM in Reitz Union 288/291; Jimbo meeting starts same place at 5 PM
